The aim of Sky Net was to develop cool and modern yet professional and trustworthy real estate website. The design was set up in deep blue colors with bright accents, dynamic elements, nice transitions and once again depth (sky and see).

A lot of interactive Flash elements have been developed for the website. Our team has created dynamic search sliders that communicate with back-end scripts; dynamic animated menu, which communicates with back-end database using the XML technologies; our world time banner and world time map have also been installed into the website; animated header that gave a fresh and live feeling to the whole website was also developed.

This real estate website is Content Management System driven. All information can be changed via powerful but easy-to-use system. We have also integrated the website with Top Producer (sales and marketing solution for realtors) by organizing data export and import to be lossless and quick. Banner system with bright prominent banners has also been developed for this website. Client Area, which gives the registered client ability to add selected properties to favorites, track specific property changes, save searches, and be informed if a property that matches specific search criteria will appear at the website is another prominent yet easy-to-use tool developed solely for this website visitors convenience.
